The WH IRA guidance appears to set max ITC at %50. Am I undertanding this correctly?

Base: 6% x5 for meeting wage and appreticeship requirements

10% bonus for domestic content

10% additional bonus for energy community

one point that isn't clear is whether credits from section 13103 and 13702(h) can stack on 13102. Any thoughts?
