Whenever the more Australian corners of your fediverse start posting multiple pics of sausages in bread, it's because we are Doing A Democracy. And we celebrate with because community charity BBQs and cake stalls are ubiquitous at our polling places. It's a Thing. A shared experience I feel more absurdly proud and uplifted by every time. Today is a state election in Victoria.
