Having a culture of curiosity in your team will break the monotony of grunt work. Feeds into the creative side. Build psychological safety. Exploring and trying new things comes with the assumption of failures and having an open mind.

Encourage questioning, do a short project/exercises that require exploring new things, and do sharing sessions. 🙏🏼🧠

Elon has asked workers to be more hardcore, and said that Twitter will be engineering led.

Two points
a) “hardcore” selects against diversity (parents, low income families, people with disabilities, etc may not be able to work long hours)
b) Google is often considered to be an “engineering-driven” company. They are hyper successful but have famously failed at social media. I wonder if there is a correlation?
