💯 #enneagram1: Seek moral correctness in themselves & others. Core desire is to be good and honorable. Core fear is to be unethical, immoral, evil.

🤗 #enneagram2: Seek love and affection in others, very people-oriented, finds it hard to acknowledge own needs. Core desire is to be loved. Core fear is to be unworthy of love.

🏆 #enneagram3: Seek success and admiration. Charismatic and adaptable. Core desire is to be worthy. Core fear is to be a failure

@ichris @helengregory There are so many daily applications. I keep my husband and daughters' #enneagram numbers in mind all the time, but especially when we have miscommunication.

I was once so danggone frustrated with my work team that I didn't know what to do! They didn't stay in their lanes. All action. All urgency. Never taking the time to understand precedent (my #Enneagram5 bias). We all took the Enneagram test and guess what? They were all #Enneagram1!

This helped my framing so much.
