Wanted a conclusion to the whole thing, and now have an injunction, which delays such a conclusion; but the other side are fighting back.

I may not be able to follow as closely over the next couple of days, and thank you for your pointers and supporting explanations.
Disregarding the current court case, have I understood correctly that Enoch's issue is that he appears to believe that another human being is not deserving of the rights and considerations that he is loudly, and at length, insisting on for himself?
Also, that he insists that his religious beliefs supercede the law of the land?
