There’s lessons in the #Twitter débâcle for #enterpriseTechnology and (note to self) vice versa:

1. Platforms/SaaS reshape your activity/norms to fit their model. When you start to believe that’s the only way to be, you’re hooked.

2. The bigger and more all-encompassing, the worse the fit. You get Jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none tools (MS Teams), or women and minorities working double shifts to safeguard themselves on a social media platform built by/for able-bodied white men.
