This is how I learned he finds it offensive when he visits his 2nd wife’s family in Brazil and they don’t speak English so he can be included.

If you’re curious he does know some Portuguese curse words but is otherwise making no attempts to learn the language.

Tried explaining speaking foreign language is work and should be considered a gift when they speak English to make up for his lack.
