ExxonMobil Accurately predicted how the Climate Crisis was going to affect us, back in the 70's, intentionally buried it, and spent millions to campaign against climate science ever since.

Almost 93% of the companies Sealed predictions from 1977 have been correct.

In short, they knew as much back then, if not more, than most Academic or Government Agencies do now.

Having lived off grid for 12 years with my parter on a 2kW solar PV system and batteries, with no generators etc for backup I can only concur.

The only gas appliance we had was a gas oven, the cook top was a single electric induction hotplate. A small 9kg cylinder would last is 6 months. Solar HWS for showering, electric blanket for heating in winter (using the heat the person not the house principal and going to bed early if it was really cold and snuggling with my partner was no great hardship), pedestal fan for cooling in summer. Grew much of our own food so we had super low cost of living

This was a deliberate choice to see if it could be done, as I have been long been concerned about #ClimateChange and the #enviornment I can now confirm we have all we need to deal with the #ClimateCrisis it just doesn't appeal to voters and why I don't blame politcans per se.
