At least as to WFD, BD and also HD there's huge infringement gaps/delays! And what about enforcing existing SUD, newCAP green strings, 10% biodiversity target in MFF, landscape+organic and protected area target from #EUbiodiversity etc? Each law only as good as it is implemented, new law on paper doesn't help neither!
