Today is about describing how I keep myself safe / protected when it comes to #Epilepsy. That's a complicated answer for me because I feel like I have things relatively under control. But this is what I do to help make sure I don't have another seizure:

- Make sure I get enough sleep
- Keep my stress levels down
- Take my medication!!

Beyond that it's out of my control.
