¿Sabes actuar frente a una crisis epiléptica?

❌ Qué NO hacer:
- no sujetar a la persona cuando convulsiona.
- No meter nada en su boca para que "no se trague la lengua".

✅ Qué SÍ hacer:
- poner de lado a la persona
- acompañar
- proteger la cabeza
- controlar el tiempo
- avisar al 112 si dura más de 5 minutos

I remember vividly (and often still feel) all the stigma for using #cannabis while growing up. Being asked "why" and to justify those reasons for using cannabis.

However the landscape is changing quickly, as more companies openly seek to profit off the plant.
