@andreiludv it is so hard to choose only 2... I guess I would name Hannah Arendt's 'Eichmann in Jerusalem' and Victoria Shwaab's 'The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue'. I guess the first one is quite a popular read nowadays, so this choice isn't unexpected. As for the second one, it got me interested as a source on a specific kind of #epistemicInjustice - and it exceeded my expectations!

Today in my final human rights lecture, we read the Guerilla #OpenAccess Manifesto by #AaronSwartz and watched the documentary about his work. I tied it to #EpistemicInjustice, #TikTok and #Zlibrary 's closure, and my own work in open access, open education, and participatory action research.

The great thing about doing my #PhD in #poetry and #CreativeWriting is that I am effectively getting paid to read and write.

Also, reading all those random articles on #pedagogy, #racism, #homophobia, #transphobia, #ableism, #EpistemicInjustice, #antisemitism, #Islamophobia, #feminism, #intersectionality, etc, which were previously ways to procrastinate, are now work!

it has relevance in the aftermath of a mass shooting targeting queer people but also in light of the 'be polite' narrative on this site.
