I still use my familiarity with the industry to voice random grievances and fascinations. Like unfortunate #hotelcarpet choices. I also love calling out the voices of those guests who use entitlement to justify their disrespectful behavior toward the front desk clerk. I do like to reminisce about the good ol’ days. So there's that too.
