#EqualExchange, which is a worker co-op with a workforce of ~200, has a clause in their bylaws that if they are ever sold, the members have no claim to any capital beyond their internal capital accounts and share - and further windfall must be donated to a co-op development or Fair Trade non-profit.

@seahorse I consider #EqualExchange to be the gold (black?) standard, as they're a #workercoop that deals with smallholder producer co-ops.
