Any idea on how this was applied to part time workers, which are dominated by and the ?

Seems like a positive experiment, which will be rife with issues in practice.

e.g. 75% hours, 5 days a week. Existing 4 days a week workers, etc.

What happens to them on a relative basis Vs the new 4dayers is probably already covered by most countries' laws...
