Any idea on how this was applied to part time workers, which are dominated by #women and the #disabled?
Seems like a positive experiment, which will be rife with #equalpay #discrimination issues in practice.
e.g. 75% hours, 5 days a week. Existing 4 days a week workers, etc.
What happens to them on a relative basis Vs the new 4dayers is probably already covered by most countries' laws...
