A #EU Emergency Response Coordination Center (#ERCC) slide from 08DEC: turns out #Finland has been able to offer a substantial number of #transformers (second only to #Poland) to #Ukraine. I have read elsewhere that there is especially dire need for these to mitigate the rolling blackouts due to #Russia 's barbaric attacks on Ukraine's #energy infrastructure.
