If you run a small retail business, I **strongly** recommend avoiding Faire at all costs.

I am now a week and a half into their system screwing up a replacement request for a damaged case of product that has resulted in 3 additional charges to my card, a vendor that was not involved having had an automatic refund issued on their behalf, and a barrage of e-mails from two different CS reps (Zendesk, of course), neither of whom know what is going on, both of whom are determined to charge me multiple times for a refund I never requested, an additional refund I never received, as well as replacements for damaged product.

I will be disputing all charges with my CC as they come through and I have issued them an invoice for wasting my time billed at $25/hr. Heh.
