I created a #pixelfed account and then noticed that maybe the #gram was the better one as linked to this instance, so I deleted it.
Logged in to gram, and then realized that pixelfed was actually administered by @stux too, so I deleted the gram one.
Now I discover that I cannot create an account with the same username and it cannot be reactivated, what a #disaster in 2 minutes :blobfoxfacepalm:

How do I log fatal #errors in #WordPress properly?
I know that there are various debugging constants: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
Is there a best practice to log errors in production without having to enable WP_DEBUG? I could enable it, disable WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY and set a WP_DEBUG_LOG, but WP_DEBUG should never enabled on prod I guess?
And I found the internal fatal error handler WP_Fatal_Error_Handler which seems to only echo errors.
I could use https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/wp_php_error_message/, right?
