I'm so grateful to be able to practice Kundalini Yoga every morning. It's my favourite part of the day and it's the best thing I do for my mind/body/spirit. Anyone else here love to get that heady Oxygen from the tank of consciousness (other than my trusty partner 😍)? I'm still dusting off my pineal gland but proud of the work I've done in the last 4+ years. Shout out for Yin Yoga and body rolling balls taboot!!
