Caught a meteor at Wide Hollow last night, and then the meteor exploded into a an orange string of gas in the sky. Never seen that happen before.

A friend of mine is starting a business renting side by sides out here in the of area. He asked me to take some photos for him to use on his website. We will do a new shoot in the spring and maybe create the same shots with mud. We had fun ripping donuts in the snow last week.

The Hole in the Rock expedition was about 250 in 80 wagons forging the path over the country's most unforgiving about 200 miles between and Bluff, . They expected a 6 week and it turned into 6 months.

About 10 miles from the Colorado River they rested here at Dance Hall Rock for 2 weeks while waiting for the next section of road to be built. They chose the spot because of it's incredible and their love of and dance.

This was our back yard this summer. It's called , it's a resort in that has cabins, , and . They have this cool drive in movie theater with a bunch of old classic cars parked out for you to watch a movie in every night.

Many resorts like this will give you cheap to free accommodations in exchange for part time work.

Im sitting out at Hole in the Rock - a small passage that was blasted by the mormons just wide enough to fit wagons down. It’s a 45 degree slope through a rock formation down to the Colorado river.

Mormon pioneers blasted this path and used ropes to lower their wagons to the river, where a party had been sent ahead to build a “just-good-enough” ferry that carried the travelers across.

Yonder is a resort that is super cool. They have and for rent and they have an old school drive in theater, where they play a classic movies every night and you can sit in these awesome classic cars.

I don't know what this place is really called, but I call it Spencer Pocket.

Around this area what looks like a very small version of White Pocket, in Arizona. It has a lot of the same really neat characteristics.
