A couple seeking shelter from sub-freezing temperatures have been denied access to the Max-Well Center, as well as an overflow shelter, by reason of a previously established “ban” - any such ban had been guaranteed to be waived by the city’s shelters, with further promise that no one would be denied entry for any reason whatsoever.

While attempting to advocate for the couple, our friend Mike was trespassed from Max-Well Center.

This stark example of cruelty is unacceptable, foul, and grotesquely inhumane. For shame!
