Any tips for managing eScripts? Every time I go to get a repeat I can never find either the paper one or the original text #australia #escripts

I ask my Dr for old fashioned paper scripts. I am an early adopter with tech so I jumped into #escripts and started using the app my pharmacy uses. After a month of hassles and issues I deleted the app and went back to the old way.

So I was running out of one of my essential medications. Thought “that’s odd, I know I had a new script sent from specialist to pharmacy…” except no, the e-script email was somehow blocked by the pharmacy email system, so it didn’t arrive. So my Script, sent in February, was not showing.
Took 4 phone calls back and forth, and the specialist’s staff reading the pharmacy the riot act and speaking with the pharmacist directly, to sort out the issue. #escripts
