#VMware #vSAN 네트워크 구성이 올바르지만 서비스 활성화 시에 그룹이 나뉘는 경우.
최근 몇 개월 전에 겪었는데, 아무래도 트러블슈트를 경험했거나, 다른 vCenter에 연결되었던 ESXi를 재사용 하는 경우에 발생하는 것으로 보인다.
ESXi를 클러스터에 넣거나 빼거나 vSAN을 켜거나 꺼도, vCenter가 호스트의 vSAN 호스트 정보를 추가하거나 제거하지 못한다.
ESXCLI 통해 문제 확인 해결 할 수 있다. 콘솔에서 서버를 직접 추가 혹은 제거해주면 이후에 vCenter가 다시 통제할 수 있다.

최근에 NSX 자동 배포 구성 중에 겪었던 ESXi의 vmnic 구성 손상 문제와 문제와 비슷하다.

@idle_automaton @mewbassprr - If that sticks, you'll want to start running your own VPN allowing you to gain access back to you home network via #OpenVPN and then, before you know it, you'll be playing around with #Virtualisation via #ESXi or #VirtualBox and #TRUENAS for Mass storage via SMB / it does OpenVPN & Virtualisation and so much more 😊
Below is my new TrueNAS rig I've just made my own brackets to hold 14 3.5 drives.

Dallo scorso anno, diversi #ransomware stanno prendendo di mira #VMware #ESXi e si sono moltiplicati senza sosta. Il supporto per questa #piattaforma è stato inizialmente implementato in #BlackCat/#ALPHV, e poi è #apparso in altri #malware di questa classe, inclusi i famigerati #BlackBasta e #LockBit.
I #ricercatori hanno scoperto un #malware in grado di crittografare i server Linux. L’analisi di un campione di un eseguibile dannoso ha confermato che il #ransomware prende di mira gli host ESXi installati sui server Linux.
