Crypto bros wanting to abolish #banks, yet become banks themself.

Proof of stake is dumb, for real. It just contradicts what crypto 'libertians' stand for. Let them abolish themself in a pyramid-shaped cloud of logical contradictions.

The smart contract / virtual machine stuff of #Etherum might be interesting, but the entire "code is law" idea is flawed to the roots from the social perspective. The technical issues can be overcome though, using verification and programming language techniques.

Currencies like #Monero would be much more useful if people actually *use* them (and not only for "illigal" and "investment" stuff). The value charts going up and down due to speculation hinders mass adoption. I wonder how these "traders" cope with the crazy stock graphs. I can't look at the volatile charts for more than a few blocks, ahem, a couple of minutes.
