EU261 claim filed while I'm still waiting for the damn flight to depart because why not. But they need 4-6 weeks. So we'll see.

Booking #1: EU —> EU flight delayed by >2 hours.

Missed 2nd, non connecting, flight.

Booking #2: EU —> non EU + non EU —> non EU 3rd flight delayed by >3 hours.

Should #EU261 apply as Article 6 (a) for 1st flight and Article 6 (c) for 3rd flight considering also Interpretative Guidelines on Regulation C/2016/3502 ?

FYI, if #EU261 or #flightdelay isn't written as a hashtag it probably won't come up in a search in my experience.
