Einerseits benötigen wir eine Grundlage für moderne KI-Systeme, damit diese #sicher, #transparent und #ethisch vertretbar sind 💻

Andererseits bedeuten neue Regulierungen auch mehr bürokratischen Aufwand und somit höhere Kosten. Zudem ist es kaum möglich ein allgemeines Gesetz zu KI einzuführen, das angesichts der Vielfältigkeiten moderner Algorithmen alle Branchen gleichmäßig trifft..

- Ban harmful AI practices in migration context
- Regulate all AI high-risk systems in migration
- Ensure the AI Act applies to EU’s huge migration databases
- Make the EU’s AI Act an instrument of protection

Predictive policing AI is tested first on people on the move and others for whom it's harder to challenge them.
