Das #EUParl hat mit großer Mehrheit seine Position zum #AIAct - dem Gesetz zur Regulierung künstlicher Intelligenz - beschlossen. Nun wird das Gesetz im Trilog weiter verhandelt. Der AI Act soll #KI auf der Grundlage des Schadenspotenzials regulieren. Er verbietet Anwendungen, die ein unakzeptables Risiko darstellen und legt strenge Regeln für den Einsatz in Hochrisikobereichen fest.

I feel immensely relieved after the #EUparl vote on #brexit. Yes, we still have to deal with the transition period and define the new relationship. But we, the EU, can finally get back and focus on building a real union.

Current debate in #EUparl on #copyright directive is from a parallel universe. Conservatives complaining about uncontrollable multinationals sounds almost socialist. Greens defending uploadfilters. What a chaos.
