Hier : #NS annonce que les passes #Interrail #Eurail ne seront pas acceptés aux Pays-Bas sur les #ICE reliant les Pays-Bas à l'Allemagne, de mi-juin à mi-août, tous les jours jusque 16:00. Sur les réseaux sociaux, NS indique que c'est une mesure prise par #DB.

The tide is finally changing for Irish railways.
But nothing will happen without everyone discussing it with friends and family (plus contacting TDs and Councillors).
There are some common-sense improvements that need to be made:
•Electrification of the entire rail network, improving journey times, emissions, and frequency)
•Reopening of the Western Railway Corridor and other rural lines.
•Construction of a Cork-Dublin-Belfast high speed rail line.

For decades, the Irish Government has done completely the opposite of what they should when it comes to railways.
This "Rationalisation of the Railways" and consistent under-resourcing of rail has led Ireland to have the some of the slowest, least extensive, and least electrified rail in the EU.
