PÁSKY Z CÍVEK ODVÍJÍM (1979)
Time for some lovely #EuroCheese. Probably the best Czech #discopop you’ll ever hear!
ALUDJ EL (1976)
Time for more great #EuroCheese ! Here’s the best hungarian psychpop ballad you’ll probably ever encounter.
FILMI (1982)
Cool Finnish #Disco.
Emilia also did a finnish cover of La Bellini's "Satan in Love" (which is more or less a karaoke version?)
YOUR LOVE MAKES ME A WINNER (1981)
The best Macedonian #disco #EuroCheese BANGER you’ve ever heard, trust me.
Written by Bobby Caldwell.
EVERYBODY’S LOVER (1982)
More funky #EuroCheese #disco, this time from the home of the Gouda: ze Netherlands! This bass line will carry any dancefloor.
”It better be Gooda!”
DANSA SÅ NÄRA NI KAN (1982)
Here's a weird Swedish #EuroCheese rarity. A slow burning, funky pop banger. Charlie Hillson is a nobody, he tried to win the Eurovision Contest in Sweden but failed. His career was no success. This song was one of his last recordings and was released as a 7" in a teen magazine. Forgotten ever since. And then suddenly a blog picks it up by accident ~35 years later and BOOOOM. I happened to find two copies for $2 each and sold one for $35.
DANS L'EAU DE NICE (1983)
I am Elegansen: bringer of great #EuroCheese from the 70s and 80s. Here's a Brie from Belgium. Almost as if Phoenix were to sing a New Edition song.
I LOVE VIDEO (1981)
Please, please forgive me for the earworm that I’m about to drop into your ear.
DONNA LUNA (1977)
Alan Sorrenti, part 2! Still serenading the women in space, I see… #Disco #EuroCheese
FIGLI DELLE STELLE (1977)
This one is for all you lovers out there. Alan Sorrenti, part 1! #Disco #EuroCheese
