Other outlets have received code. Eurogamer isn't some two bit publication. And Digital Foundry (who are basically Eurogamer right) also received a copy but were told to under no circumstances share anything with the Eurogamer team. Very strange.

The main takeaway from #UbisoftForward is the way video-game outlets are covering it. Which is unfortunate since it seems everyone forgot the toxic workplace controversies of the last few years and how this happened under the current CEO's watch.
