Wenn ihr ein Elektroauto zum Beispiel bei #Europcar bucht, welche App bzw. Anbieter nutzt ihr zum aufladen? Mach mich gerade auch diesbezüglich schlau. Wie ist es auch mit der Rückgabe? Muss es da auch voll geladen sein? So viele Stationen gibt es ja noch nicht.

I can’t believe I agreed to leave my dads wake to stand for hours waiting for a they’re to be changed. This is appalling. They have made it impossible to speak to anyone…constantly passed from pillar to post. I tried to phone to see if I can take the wheel off and take it to a local garage but no one from europcar will put me through to a department to ask. #europcar

I came over to England from Northern Ireland yesterday to go to my fathers funeral. I hired car from Europcar from Manchester Airport. This morning when I went to drive to the funeral, the tyre was flat. I’d cover so I phoned number they’d given me to be told they’d fix it tomorrow. I paid for a taxi and wen to my dads funeral. At the wake, my wife phoned to try sort it and they told us to be at the car by 13:00. t 13:30 we got a message saying they would update us in an hour #europcar
