Just heard a discussion on #BBC #Radio4 #PM about a headteacher who has denied access to #Ofsted inspectors to her school.
Disappointed, but not surprised, that neither #EvanDavis nor #BranwenJeffries mentioned the scandal that inspectors have the power to downgrade a school thereby forcing them to convert to #Academy status (in England).
Those inspectors employed by Academy Trusts have a clear conflict of interest when assessing non-Academy schools.
