This afternoon's ride was to the centre of Assen to buy the vegetables at the market. We've lived here for quite a long time now and the huge number of bikes everywhere is no longer a novelty. But it is still fabulous.

Today's parcels on their way to the post office.
I took a slight detour through a park to cycle in the shadow of some trees, but on the way I spotted these pigs who preferred to bath in the sun.
Anyway, today ten customers were sent email notifications and they'll receive their bike parts in a few days.

Dort bin ich auch im letzten Jahr mit dem Auto und mit dem durch- bzw. lang gefahren und fand es echt flüssig für Radfahrer und Autofahrer. Als jeweiliger Verkehrsteilnehmer musst du aber trotzdem für „den anderen“ mitdenken.
Grundsätzlich würde das in Deutschland oder bspw. Berlin nur funktionieren wenn es generell weniger Autos in Innenstädten gibt. #maut #innenstadtautofrei #everydaycycling
