Don’t be an idiot. Severe weather demands you adjust your planned run. Sometimes that can be as simple as adding a hat, gloves or extra layers. Sometimes it means less meters or minutes or less effort. Sometimes it means all of the above. And sometimes it means not running at all. Adjusting your run when the weather (or life) demands it is not a sign of being a soft runner. It’s a sign of being a smart runner. Don’t be an idiot.
