So yesterday, after five months of disputes with this company, they called the #police. While "serving his #eviction" the cops decided to break down his door, at which point witnesses report that the firing started. What followed was a six hour fire fight in a #residential area with automatic weapons. The #cops didn't even bother to evacuate the block until four hours in. The #FBI was called. All because a grandfather whose name is on the fucking deed was not willing to be made #homeless by some unhanded, #bureaucratic dealings.

They subsequently moved into their two camper trailers despite no running water. The Roberts family then “moved across Southwest Idaho,” where they were constantly ticketed by law enforcement officers and told to “move on,” the lawsuit adds."
