Science and evidence-based medicine say that A: the best thing to do for trans adults is help them transition, B: the best thing to do for trans kids is pause puberty until they're adults, C: all of the medicine behind this is extremely well understood, safe, reliable, have excellent patient outcomes, and from a medical standpoint practically routine!

I learned a hell of a lot. If you're also cis, chances are you'll learn a lot too. Well, well worth a listen.
