Quick notes to myself before I forget them from tonight's therapy session.
* Starting using task lists take complicated tasks out of my brain.
* If a task seems too complex, break it down into smaller chunks until I find a task I think I can complete.
* Consider labelling tasks as main quests & side quests, so that I can consciously productively procrastinate if needed.

Things I want to do today, but will struggle to make myself today:
* Decide what overlay types I want in StreamElements.
* Use existing overlays, tinker with existing ones, or make my own overlays.
* Set these overlays up in OBS.
* Decide on an achieveable, regular stream schedule that won't conflict with @DarkEden.
* Decide what games I want to start streaming.

Nonetheless, I am noting all of my activities, be they work tasks, house chores, or recreational activities, as I want to get more of a conscious understanding into how my mind works.
Once I've done this, I can present the findings back to my lovely counsellor, who can then suggest some strategies for me to try to reign in some elements when I need to focus on less desireable tasks.

Allowing my mind to get off the reigns this weekend to relax. It's very much highlighting my own personal struggles with #ExecutiveFunction (i.e., how much #ExecutiveDysfunction I have).
I'm doing a mixture of flicking between tasks & getting easily distracted down rabbit holes that absorb me for hours without me noticing the time past.
I'm not letting myself feel guilt over these, as I'm allowing myself the space to do this.

List of things I'm currently struggling with today:
• Doing a reconciliation task.
• Replying to perfectly-reasonable email requests from colleagues.
• Doing a supporter contact task that I really don't see the point in, but which is already overdue doing.
Honestly all I really want to be doing right now is a non-work activity of helping folks with HRT & transition-related stuff.
