A new minor #Evolvotron release is now available. This will probably be the last update for a long while.

Release 0.8.1:
- Add application icons and Linux .desktop file.
- Remove deprectated code (binary_function & QXmlSimpleReader).
- Minor changes to built-in documentation.
- Tweak dialog layouts a bit.

The #Evolvotron project has a single Python 2 script used to generate documentation. Fedora no longer provides version 2 by default, so I rewrote it in #Boron (a #Rebol inspired language) as I'm already using that to build the binary.

The new script is a bit smaller (and cleaner without all the "self" nonsense), but runs 100x faster and uses 10x less memory than Python 2.

The author of #Evolvotron replied after his busy holidays and after a brief discussion I find myself the new maintainer of the project.

There is a new 0.8.0 release available which includes a Windows build for the first time.
