Case analogies are useful because you know the outcome of the first case and the facts that led to that conclusion. Show me you know the holding and the key facts/reasoning supporting that holding from the cases we read.

I purposefully write hypos that are similar to the facts of our cases but I add or remove facts.

Are those changed facts material? Explain why.
Do the changes favor Plaintiff or Defendant? Explain why.
