In a nutshell: if mice exercise in the beginning of their activity phase (time of day) and before eating, the adipose tissue transcription response is prone to a more lipolytic activity - and timing is important here (not fasting). Form humans: do sports in the morning before breakfast to loose weight.

Day 6 of #excersize has finished! I could only find the strength for about 20 something minutes, but!!!! To make up for it I worked harder, now to do an overnight shift again... :(
Day 5 of #excersize I swear I will get healthier this time, no more sulking when I can do something about it!
