Spent a year as-#ExchangeStudent in #Ohio in the 70ies, then college at #NYU, but they bookended my growing love for baseball as my favourite team sport.

I recall, wherever I was, racing to pick up the International Herald Tribune to check the latest scores. With luck, #SCN, #AFN, or other US armed forces radio & TV were available.
