My wife has been watching a series on Amazon Prime called Rizzoli & Isles, based on the novels by Tess Gerritsen. I’ve read a couple of the books and enjoyed them, so I thought I’d give the programmes a try even though TV adaptations are rarely as good as the books. It turns out there are 7 series, and while I know some of them were made several years ago, not a single one of them has Audio Description. So, once again, I am #Excluded.

My son found old DVDs of the Lord of The Rings trilogy - extended editions. He decided we should watch themas a family over the next few days. It’s been years since I saw these films, so I was looking forward to it.

All set up, then discovered there is no Audio Description option on the DVDs. More than disappointing.
