Alright, so I need to bone up more on #ModernMonetaryTheory, but, from what I know thus-far, I'm getting the feeling that it functions to provide ideological cover to #SocialImperialism financed through the extraction of value from the under- to the over-developed world via the #ExorbitantPrivilege that's derived from controlling a major reserve currency.
