To what extent could such a former librarian keep contributing to rigorous, impactful #EvidenceSynthesis #SystematicReviews on the side?

- how would you find collaborators, domain experts who need #ExpertSearching + who will carry out high-quality projects?
- how long would your skills be relevant? Best practices are a moving target; working alone (ie w/out other #medlibs), it would be hard to keep up
- you hear about "independent scholars" in fields like history + art, not public health
