I wanted to share some of the other awesome sensory plants that I encountered. Viewing the tiny details, even through a screen helps me at times. I'm a creative. I need lots and lots of color and enhanced sensory input just to feel normal.

My son Jake is the same way. He loves to garden with me. Although sometimes it's hard for him to physically tolerate the outdoor experience, he does enjoy the photos.

It's a very peaceful place to visit and enjoy the elements. I need this kind of activity in order to balance the PTSD as it allows me to enjoy the sensory feedback and bright colors.

Ended up falling in love with a giant white rose (and brought it home) so I somehow had a plant picnic playdate with the new rose bush and my indoor blue orchids. I think they look beautiful together. 😍

Anyone else love street corn? Made jalapeno ranch corn and my second batch of cream puffs this week. Julia wanted to put ice cream in the puffs but I didn't think that would work so she settled for a bowl. 😊

Idk, might try her idea. Haven't filled them yet. I just think the pastry is too delicate. Probably will go with typical whipped cream or pudding.
