I am very excited to hear that #Expressify dropped a new esp. You may ask: But why? The new esp32-c6 has builtin wifi 6, #zigbee and #openthread support! I always wanted to built my own iot devices for zigbee. And thread would be even more awesome! Bright future for my #smarthome. A quick note: the esp32-h2 also exists, but I never found a way to buy it. Maybe the esp32-c6 gets more mainstream. Imagine #esphome support for this. Or do I ask too much @homeassistant ?
