When are we seriously going to consider how problematic it is that practically no one seems to care that trans people with serious #MentalIlness have unique needs #cis people are unprepard to treat? We need tools in conjunction with affirmation. We need tools for intrusive thoughts even before we tend to the wounds your cisnormative world leaves once we're down.
