Fashion, tech, and auto industries have embraced #extractivecapitalism in pursuit of #infinitegrowth; consumers can challenge that by breaking our addiction to iterations of shiny new everything at lowest sticker price - we are only offsetting true cost to the planet and humanity, because the planet or someone has to bear it.
