The Police system, at its core is about repression of black people through excessive violence in highly visible acts of extreme cruelty. Our current police system grew directly out of slave-patrols in the south. It doesn't matter that the five cops were black. What matters is that the state committed #ExtraJudicialMurder on yet another unarmed #AmericanCitizen pulled over for a civil infraction.
