#F1000Research is not going to get many reviewers for its #OpenPeerReview system if after two and a half months, a review of version 2 of a paper is still not published:

I've been reviewing publisher policies wrt to code availability lately. A few mention FAIR, the American Meteorological Society even link to the FAIR4RS working group, but the #F1000 journals look to be the first linking in policy the the FAIR4RS principles. Nice!
